What We Can Do
Suijin pride ourselves on reliability, flexibility, and globalization. Our experts oversee the production process from start to finish. do the simulation and check the design ,We offer one-stop solutions to our customers from design to production, heat treatment, surface treatment, shipping and logistics. We also offer component assembly if required. Our clients globally and nationwide rely on us for concurrent design and engineering support, materials and manufacturing support concerning properties and specifications. We have in-house rapid prototyping capabilities and in-house material testing, NDT, welding, and heat treatment.
We do process inspection to avoid defective products move to next process, the inspection including appearance, chemical composition, mechanical property, X-ray, Ultrasonic, dimensions, and the record shall be kept and traceable.
We have CNC machines with the fourth Axis and precision casting production line to cater to the developing of precision casting and machining business. Besides, we are equipped with advanced inspection equipment such as Spectrometer, Metallographic Microscope, Tension Tester, and Impact tester for Chemical & Physical Analysis, and 2D projector, X-ray, Ultrasonic, magnetic to inspecting inner casting defect, CMM to assure dimensional precision.
Our Factory
Ningbo Suijin Machinery Technology is located in Ningbo city ,Zhejiang Province, We manufactured all kinds of lost wax investment castings and machining parts, material cover carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, low ally steel and so on.
Our factory has a floor space of 33,000 square meters and another 18000 square meters of building area, which contain both casting foundries and CNC machining area. The two advanced lost wax casting and investment casting production lines have a capacity of 5000 tons lost wax castings and 1000 tons investment castings per year.to keep good quality we invest lab center which equiped advanced inspection equipments.
Our main product covered automotive, boats, Oil machinery, agricultural machinery, valves, pumps, electrical machinery, hardware, transmission, etc, 95% parts is export to America, Canada, France, Germany, Denmark, Britain, Japan, etc.
